After providing the necessary documentation (death certificate) within the time-period specified (90 days), I'm now getting a run-around. After calling to check on the status, Priceline tells me they never received the documentation. I emailed it a 2nd time, to the same email address. But every follow-up call is a frustrating series of transfers from one department to another and each one says they don't have access to the information. I now suspect they delayed this on purpose so that the 90 day period expired and they now don't have to refund the money.
